To prepare for a great experience at this show, please review the following information.

All Dane County Public Health requirements for managing the COVID-19 pandemic will be followed for these shows.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or had a known exposure, please stay home and enjoy our livestream option instead to help keep everyone safe.
Doors will open 30 minutes before each show – the Cycropia Aerial Dance studio does not have a vestibule to accommodate a line indoors, so for your comfort, please dress to accommodate a potential wait in cold weather.
Seating is first-come, first served, and includes bleachers and some chairs and mats.
If you have a preference for a certain type of seating, we recommend that you arrive early. Bringing a stadium cushion may enhance your enjoyment of the show.
Saturday, December 11 Performances
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required & audience masks will be required. Show volunteers will be checking vaccination status for each attendee.
Per County Health Requirement, people are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech’s or Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine or 2 weeks after their first (only) dose of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Please be prepared to show your actual vaccination card, or a photo of your vaccination card on your phone (or as a printout).
For Wisconsin residents, you may also look up and show your vaccination status on your phone (or as a screenshot or printout) from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry website.
A negative recent COVID-19 test will NOT be accepted as an equivalent to proof of vaccination status, only proof of vaccination.
For Saturday shows, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the show begins to ensure time for parking and vaccination checks.
Sunday, December 12 Performance
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is NOT required & audience masks will be required.
We realize that not all audience members can be vaccinated at this time, and that this show is loved by all ages.
Thank you for helping to keep the audience and performers safe for our shows!
Please contact BeatrixProductionsUS@gmail.com with any questions about vaccination or masking requirements.
